The products of the WASSA brand is available at the enterprise of the company "Ruslan-set", which specializes in lighting equipment for agricultural and automotive applications, as well as various spare parts.
The production base of the company is located on more than 10,000 square meters; it consists of six workshops, which are equipped in accordance with international standard.
Cold stamping workshop has at its disposal 40 presses from 6.3 to 400 tons.
The workshop has a plastic injection molding machines of both domestic and imported production, with output of 63-s to 5000 cubic centimeters working with as embedded signs so in automatic mode.
Composite materials, such polycarbonate, "Haytrel", "Kopel," as well as polyamide, polyethylene, ABS - plastic are widely used in the production.
Records management, storage of materials, products and molds, along with the constant reduction of energy consumption can produce low-cost and high quality products
At the moment, plastics shop produces more than 300 items of various shapes and structures.

Complex shaping dies and molds cannot be made today without EDM (wire and piercing), lathes and milling machines with numerical control. Therefore the company has all the necessary equipment for the manufacture of high precision equipment of any complexity.
Designing in electronic form and the creation of volumetric 3D model allows to process the given type of equipment with high precision on ready for a red-hot parts. the following selection tools, and writing the control program.
